Returns Policy

Although generally Studio Hardy does not offer refunds if you have simply changed your mind, please do inform us by email within 24 hours of receiving your artwork if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase and we can work to resolve your concerns. Refunds will only be applicable where Studio Hardy is deemed to be in breach of the description offered for each artworks. Refunds will be given strictly at the discretion of David Hardy.

Shipment & Delivery

Please allow an estimated delivery time of 5-10 working days UK & 28 days Worldwide. Working days exclude weekends and public holidays. All orders are tracked, and will require a signature. You may prefer to choose a delivery address where you know someone will be available to accept the delivery. Studio Hardy will not be accountable and/or liable for artworks that are lost or damaged during transit internationally.

Duties and Taxes

Please note that customers outside of the UK are responsible for any tax, duty charges and handling fees. These charges will depend on the receiving country.

Although every endeavour is made to represent the truest colours of the actual artwork on screen, the nature of digital computer screens means colours may vary slightly.

All payments are taken in British Pounds (£GBP), and are charged at the current exchange rate.
